## FAQs

#### What's the payout process like?

You'll receive your commission fees 30 days after they're earned, landing securely in your account on the first business day of every month. We conveniently transfer payments to our affiliates through PayPal, and there's no requirement to meet any minimum thresholds before accessing your funds.

#### What should I do if I forgot to share my URL with someone or the link failed?

Simply reach out via email, providing us with the details of the referral and when it occurred. We'll then manually associate the affiliate conversion with you.

#### When will I receive my payment?

You'll receive payment at the start of every month. There's no minimum payout requirement.

#### Are there any requirements to join the program?

There are absolutely no requirements to join the program. You don't even need to be an existing BuildShip user, although being one is ideal as it will help you to think out the best way to educate about the product and reflect on your brand.
